Return Period: Customers may return custom wood colour samples within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refund: Upon receiving the returned samples, we will initiate a full refund for the cost of the samples.

Shipping Information: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Prairie Barnwood does not provide prepaid shipping labels for sample returns.

How to Return:
