Your satisfaction is important to us, therefore if you are unhappy with any of the item(s)you have purchased please see below for our policies on how to return or exchange your item(s).
*Please Note: All returns/exchanges require pre-authorization, so please contact email@example.com or call us at (1-204-822-5476) to receive instructions prior to sending back your merchandise.
Once manufacturing has begun we are required to charge a 25% cancellation fee due to the wastage of precious wood and labour costs. If manufacturing has not begun, but funds have been collected, a 7% fee will be charged on the total invoice amount.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must arrive back to Prairie Barnwood Ltd. in the same condition as when they left the warehouse. The original packaging material will greatly assist you in this endeavour.
Refunds, minus a 25% restocking fee and all shipping/ handling costs, will be issued within 7 business days, following inspection once the order arrives back in the warehouse. Refunds will be processed by the same means as payment was tendered. Clients with cancelled cards will receive their refund via corporate check.

Return shipping is the Customers responsibility, therefore for insurance reasons, we advise you use a service that offers tracking capabilities. A 25% re-stocking fee is applied to warehouse orders. Once the item(s) are received and inspected the purchase price less the re-stocking fee will be reimbursed in the same form in which you paid for your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
All custom orders are FINAL SALE and do not fall under that above policy.
All artwork is non-refundable but may be exchanged within seven (7) business days of purchase providing it is returned in the same condition it was sold in. This is at the discretion of Prairie Barnwood Ltd.
