Once your order is completed, approved, and final payment has been received, your item will be packaged and shipped out. You will receive an email to confirm shipment details and a tracking number.

Delivery timelines will vary depending on location, however, please allow up to 5-10 business days from when your order has left our building. Depending on the size and type of item(s) packaging methods may vary between individual packages, secured to a pallet or crated.

Our default delivery method is Terminal delivery/pick up. Other delivery options include curbside delivery (only available in select locations) or our White Glove Delivery, this option is only available to main urban locations and our local deliveries. This delivery option is requires an inquiry to get you the best rate possible. Write “white glove delivery” under special instructions with your order and we’ll get back to you with a quote ASAP.

Should any of your products arrive with damages either to the packaging and/or the actual product please follow the instructions outlined below:

If damages have occurred to the packaging please make a written note with the shipping or courier company (on the delivery receipt). If no written notice has been reported we will not assume the responsibility for the damages and will not accept for a return or refund.

Please DO NOT throw away original packaging.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours by calling our office at (204)822-5476 or emailing (Exceptions will be made for gifts) When contacting us regarding damages please include your name, order number, piece of furniture you are referring to as well as photo’s of the damages to either the item(s) or packaging. We will then instruct you how or if to return the damaged item(s) for repair or replacement.

Excessive Damage to Package and Contents

If your package appears to have significant damage, you may refuse delivery of the item and it will then be returned to its place of origin. Arrangements for replacement or repair will be made once item(s) have returned to our shop and have been inspected.

Please note the following:

  • When arrangements have been made for replacement please be aware that original lead time may apply.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the original package is received back at our shop. Allow for 7 Business days.
  • Prairie Barnwood Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or issue a repair, replacement or refund in the event that the item(s) were found to have suffered damage after delivery, has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions.
  • *Normal wear and tear of the product is not included

If you are within our local delivery radius our shipping partner will be contacting you to set up a time and date to deliver your order. Please see above for delivery options as they do apply to this delivery service as well.

Delivery options include:

  • Curb Side Delivery: Convenient and hassle-free, our curb side delivery service ensures your furniture is dropped off safely at the curb of your home or desired location. Ideal for those who prefer to handle moving the furniture into their space themselves.
  • Terminal/depot Pick up: For those who prefer to collect their orders directly, we offer terminal pick up. Simply choose a designated location from the list above, and your furniture will be delivered to the closest depot near you. Please note that the trucking company will call to arrange pick up in a timely manner; otherwise, a holding fee may be charged. At the terminal, if desired, you can uncrate your furniture, and you may ask the trucking company to dispose of materials. Rest assured, all packing material is recyclable.
  • White Glove Delivery: Experience the epitome of convenience with our white glove delivery service. Our professional team will handle every aspect of the delivery process, from transportation to placement in your home. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of the heavy lifting and installation. White Glove Delivery can range anywhere from $700-$1200 depending on location. This delivery option requires an inquiry to get you the best rate possible. Write “white glove delivery” under special instructions with your order, and we’ll get back to you with a quote ASAP. This service includes bringing furniture inside, setting up furniture (excluding installation like Murphy beds), and finally removing packing materials, ensuring a seamless and stress-free delivery experience.
  • Local Studio Pick up: Visit our local studio to personally collect your furniture pieces. Enjoy the opportunity to see our craftsmanship up close, ask any questions, and ensure your pieces are exactly as you envision them before taking them home.
  • Courier Pick up (for smaller items): Perfect for smaller items, our courier pick up service ensures swift and secure delivery. Your selected items will be carefully packaged and dispatched via courier for prompt delivery to your doorstep. This option is limited due to size of the order.


Product assembly and installation are not included in your purchase. We can arrange or recommend to have a contractor assemble and install the product into your home upon completion. Please arrange for this at time of purchase or by emailing
